The Mirasol Club & Association (MCA) Board of Directors and club team look forward to welcoming you to the Club! 

Whether you will accompany a member at one of our exciting events, enjoy a stay at a member’s residence, or simply dine with a member in one of our restaurants, this page is designed to make you comfortable with our policies and procedures so that you can fully enjoy your time at Mirasol.

Policies and Procedures

Dress Code Image

Dress Code

It is expected that guests dress in a fashion befitting the
occasion, and your member sponsor will be able to share with you what is appropriate prior to your visit. For general use, the Club is casual dress. Bathing suits require appropriate cover-ups outside of the pool and pool deck.

  • Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, including outside dining patios
  • Men are required to wear shirts with sleeves in all dining rooms.
  • Bathing suits are inappropriate, even with cover-ups, after 5 p.m. in dining areas including outside patios.

When noted, the following definitions apply:

  • Casual: all denim and shorts are permitted for men and women. Men must wear shirts with sleeves.
  • Country Club Attire: blue denim and shorts are not permitted and collared shirts are required for men.
  • Jackets Required: Jackets are required for males ages 12 and older. No blue denim.

Guests arriving at each department improperly dressed will be asked to change before access. If there is doubt concerning attire anywhere on Club property, please click here to review our Guest Booklet or check with your sponsoring member.

Parking Image

Parking

Valet services at the main entrance to the Grand Clubhouse are complimentary. A guest may park their own car, however self-parking is not permitted in designated valet parking areas or in “no parking” zones.

Gratuities Image

Gratuities

A service charge is added to all services (restaurants, bag drop, spa, valet, and all other service areas). Additional cash gratuities for MCA staff are not permitted. All members must ensure their guests adhere to MCA’s no cash gratuity policy.

Cellphones Image

Cellphones and Smoking

  • Talking on cellphones is not permitted at the Facilities, including, but not limited to all dining facilities including indoor and outdoor service areas, fitness facilities, pool, golf courses, golf practice range, locker rooms, tennis facilities, and administration offices, except for emergency situations.
  • Cellphones are to remain in silent mode while at the Facilities.
  • Smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are not permitted in indoor areas, in any of the outdoor dining areas including all dining area patios, fire pit areas, on the pool deck, on the tennis courts, under the spectator canopies, at the Sports Complex, on the driving range and practice facilities.
  • Talking on cell phones is not permitted at the Facilities, including, but not limited to all dining facilities including indoor and outdoor service areas, fitness facilities, pool, golf courses, golf practice range, locker rooms, tennis facilities, and administration offices, except for emergency situations.
  • All people should step outside to make and answer phone calls.
