Our first Wine Down Wednesday of the summer was the perfect antidote to a rainy, gloomy day!
"Passionate About Paso" was the theme of our June tasting adventure, showcasing the bold elegance of Paso Robles wines and featuring selections from acclaimed DAOU Vineyards. Members sipped, swirled, and savored their way through an informative and delicious afternoon, and we thank Restaurant Manager Zach Recckio and DAOU for creating such a memorable experience.

Father`s Day weekend was filled with a few of our favorite things: family, fishing, and good food!
Families kicked off their festivities at our annual Fishing Rodeo, where team members Scotty and Sam got their hands dirty helping young anglers bait hooks and cast their lines. Afterward, everyone gathered for our traditional barbecue dinner, which featured a generous spread of barbecue favorites, hearty sides, and sweet treats prepared by our culinary team.
It was a wonderful day at the Club and we thank our families for celebrating with us!

They say a father is someone you look up to no matter how tall you grow. We have some pretty amazing dads at Mirasol, and we`re going to have a blast celebrating them today!
At 4 p.m., we`re taking our families out to one of our lakes for a fun fishing rodeo, and afterwards, we`re spoiling dads at our annual barbecue. Happy Father`s Day, dads. May your day be better than your jokes!

We kicked off the dining component of our Summer Series last Friday with Sushi & Dim Sum Night!
Members enjoyed an evening inspired by the flavors of Asia, featuring handcrafted sushi, savory dim sum, fresh salads, and a variety of sake selections. The culinary journey concluded on a sweet note with an assortment of desserts, including colorful mochi and other tempting treats.
