Our comfortable Grille Room is located on the ground floor of the Grand Clubhouse, and it is a member favorite! In addition to a full-service meal, members and their guests can enjoy walking up to the carving and action stations and salad bar. A fabulous display kitchen complete with rotisserie and pizza ovens adds to the ambiance of this destination restaurant.

Dine in elegance, be welcomed like family. That’s what you can expect in Solstice, our upscale dining experience! For those nights when you want something more sophisticated than the casual ambiance of the Grille Room, this stylish and intimate restaurant provides the perfect venue for our experienced chefs to showcase their extensive culinary talents for you and your guests.

Our Grand Ballroom is the place to be for world cuisine theme nights, incredible parties, and lavish holiday meals!

Our annual holiday celebration was a feast for all senses - from the fragrant aromas and delicious flavors of the sweet and savory creations prepared by our culinary team to the beautiful sights of our spring decor, the soft and fuzzy feeling animals in our popular petting zoo, and the sounds of laughter and warm holiday memories being made. Members, did you join us this week for Asian Night? If you did, you saw a gorgeous display of bonsai trees courtesy of Sous Chef Jeremy Erne! A member of our team for nearly 20 years, Jeremy regularly wows our members with his culinary talents, but we were thrilled to offer him the opportunity to amaze them with this remarkable ability as well.
Jeremy`s bonsai journey began with a trip to @morikamimuseum and flourished during the pandemic. He started a little over three years ago with six trees and has nearly 40 now, ranging in all stages of development! He has learned a lot about this centuries-old craft online and finds it both challenging and rewarding to create aesthetically pleasing nature in miniature form. Showing this portion of his collection at Mirasol was "amazing," and he mentioned that the positive feedback he received from our community at Wednesday`s dinner was great motivation to keep going.
We thank Jeremy for sharing his stunning hobby with us and thank our members for their support and encouragement!
