Our comfortable Grille Room is located on the ground floor of the Grand Clubhouse, and it is a member favorite! In addition to a full-service meal, members and their guests can enjoy walking up to the carving and action stations and salad bar. A fabulous display kitchen complete with rotisserie and pizza ovens adds to the ambiance of this destination restaurant.
Solstice
Dine in elegance, be welcomed like family. That’s what you can expect in Solstice, our upscale dining experience! For those nights when you want something more sophisticated than the casual ambiance of the Grille Room, this stylish and intimate restaurant provides the perfect venue for our experienced chefs to showcase their extensive culinary talents for you and your guests.
Grand Ballroom
Our Grand Ballroom is the place to be for world cuisine theme nights, incredible parties, and lavish holiday meals!
Overlooking our scenic golf practice facilities, this location is a popular spot for members to gather for any occasion.
Revive
If it's casual poolside dining you're looking for, you will love our health-conscious cafe Revive! Enjoy salads, bowls, sandwiches and fresh-pressed juices, smoothies at lunch and in the evenings, our menu features sushi and sashimi, inventive entrees, and much more.

In his presentation, "High-Pressure Playbook: Leadership Lessons from the Club Kitchen to Hell’s Kitchen," Chef Crain will dish out wisdom from his 30 years in the culinary world—sharing battle-tested strategies and behind-the-scenes stories that showcase what it takes to lead (and last) in the high-stakes world of club kitchens.
We’re beyond proud to have him representing Mirasol among the industry`s best, and we can’t wait to hear the inspiration he brings back!

On this #foodieFriday, we`re looking back at our festive and delicious St. Patrick`s Day Dinner! The Guinness was flowing as we presented soda breads and a variety of Irish cheeses and spreads to start, then members and their guests enjoyed traditional items like corned beef and cabbage alongside more creative fare such as Lamb Shepherd`s Pie, Irish Short Rib Pasties, Steamed Mussels, and much more. Topping off our delectable feast were sweet treats prepared by our talented pastry team, and everyone went home with a smile. To paraphrase an old Irish saying, if you`re lucky enough to live at Mirasol, you`re lucky enough!
